Solution Consultant – Snke Data

München
Full-time
Permanent employee

What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant for Snke Data, you will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of our Hospital Data Space (HDS) and HX Now solutions across Europe. Acting as the commercial product expert, you will work closely with customers, Account Managers and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop solution strategies and drive successful business outcomes. You will bridge the gap between Sales, Product, Marketing and Delivery, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into compelling solutions and ultimately into successful implementations.
  • Partner with Account Managers throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and customer discovery to proposal development, tender participation and deal closure.
  • Engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand clinical, operational, technical and strategic challenges and translate them into compelling solution concepts and customer value propositions.
  • Lead product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and solution discussions, effectively communicating technical capabilities and business benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as the primary product expert for HDS and HX Now, providing guidance on use cases, integrations, data flows, information governance and solution architecture.
  • Support the development of customer proposals, business cases and tender responses, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, product capabilities and delivery scope.
  • Take ownership of product-related customer clarifications and coordinate input from Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure complete and consistent solutions.
  • Help assess opportunity potential, support forecasting activities and contribute directly to pipeline development and revenue growth through an individual sales quota.
  • Maintain deep market and product knowledge, including customer use cases, competitive developments, implementation approaches, product limitations and emerging healthcare data trends.
  • Provide feedback from customers and the market to Product Management and R&D, helping shape product enhancements, future requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on customer success stories, reference accounts, webinars, congresses, product messaging and sales enablement materials to strengthen market awareness and demand generation.
  • Ensure a structured handover from Sales to Delivery by documenting customer objectives, agreed scope, assumptions, dependencies, governance requirements, risks and implementation considerations.
  • Build and maintain reusable knowledge around customer requirements, integrations, use cases and best practices to support consistent product positioning across regions and market segments.
