R&D Manager – Game Technology

As R&D Manager – Game Technology at Snke, you will lead and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team while remaining actively involved in the design and development of next-generation interactive health experiences.

Working at the intersection of software engineering, game technology, and healthcare, you will help shape both the technical direction and delivery of innovative products. We are looking for someone who combines strong engineering leadership with hands-on experience in professional game development.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, artists, and producers
• Architect and implement core systems while setting technical direction and standards
• Own R&D projects end-to-end, from concept through production release
• Translate complex product ideas into clear technical plans and drive execution
• Partner with product, design, clinical, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
• Apply game development technologies, workflows, and best practices to innovative healthcare experiences
• Help shape Snke's use of game engines, real-time 3D technology, and development pipelines across future products

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in game development, game technology, real-time 3D, or interactive software development
• Experience shipping commercial games, live service products, or interactive simulations in a professional game development environment
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams at a senior, lead, principal, or engineering management level
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar technologies
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
